The Troopsite now has Troopsite Accounts.This brand new feature lets you create an account for the Troopsite. The account will allow you to visit pages normally protected by the Troop Password. An account can be created with an email, and password. You can also sign up with Google+ and Facebook. All non-patrol pages that formerly required passwords now require that you have a Troopsite Account. (The patrol pages are still gone but if brought back they would still have to use Patrol Passwords.) This will make it easier since if you log in, you won't have to repeatedly do so to view the private pages. Also, you get to create the account with your own email and password, so you can remember the information since you created it. All accounts that are created must be approved digitally by the Troop Webmaster, so make sure that your info is legitimate, or else you might be blocked. Troopsite accounts are only created for scouts, adult leaders, and parents or guardians of the scouts in the troop. We hope that this new feature will offer more convenience when viewing private pages.
