Flag Retirement with Scout Master Conferences and Board of Reviews

Today the since it was flag day, the troop retired some flags in this hot fire. " An entire trash bag of flags were retired" said a scout. Also a star board of review happened for the troop webmaster, and a Turquiose Turtles member had a scout master conference and a board of review too.
